I can't seem to figure out what year or era this is from, nor how much it might be worth. The only things I see are a serial number and inspection sticker on the back. I just got this today in a trade, this older Hondo Strat copy in Sunburst finish.no country of origin.here are some pics. It has a very Matsumoku type serial number 1040312 (1981) on the neck plate. Most featured the Hondo II " Script" logo, but in early 1981,they began switching to the new " Sunrise" logo, and a gold plated truss rod cover. They were built from late 1979 through 1981, and sold from 1980-1983. The purpose of the line was to improve perception of the Hondo brand name.
